a symphonic concept album, based on the ultimately weird and at times "surreal" dreams that are played out within the human mind. recorded from april-may 2021, at magic roundabout studio -bournemouth. "interstellar dreamworlds" is a sonic descriptive of a dream, inside a spaceship - travelling through interstellar space (outside our known universe) , and at about 11+ mins in, gets extremely chaotic, with moog and mellotron going "off the rails"! prepare for sonic attack on the brain!! La luna was established in 2004, when mike hewetson began recording sessions with paul owen at slepe farm in the purbecks. all improvised music , based on JMJ/VANGELIS/ENO/TOMITA/THE ORB., but by 2010, mike was composing alot more. la luna have played live alot since 2010 to 2019. the mellotron is featured heavily along with many analogue synths and sound fx. 100's of discs have been recorded . ... more
