about

"om mani padme hum" and "from darkness to divine" were recorded in dec 2019 at magic roundabout studio. the concept for these 2 epics is about finding the light, from a long period of darkness.....lots of chanting and including 2 rhythmical passages on "om mani", take us to a divine place of peace and tranquility, -then we dive into a mellotron soaked eerie darkness with "from darkness to divine". ....."plague of the moontoads" (also recorded in dec 2019) has a more "classical" theme interspersed with a dark/foreboding horn-like passage, which returns throughout the piece, and this piece of music features extensive shrieks/screams and calls from some very agitated toads! (mike "moogtron" hewetson -jan 2020)
